Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

  • Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time; you will be notified of any changes or delays.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. once the order is shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or peak holiday seasons, which are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

  • Local pickup in Del Rio, Texas may be available by appointment. If you wish to arrange a pickup, please contact us at hello@flashfusionlaserengraving.com

Damages & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@flashfusionlaserengraving.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping
